Choose the Level
That Suits You

From a weekly social gathering to full residential living, our three options are designed to fit naturally into your life — and to grow with you if you want them to.

Our Approach

Programmes Designed Around How People Actually Live

We began with a simple observation: older adults in Hong Kong are often isolated not because they are unwell, but because the structures that used to hold community together — workplace, neighbourhood, extended family — have gradually thinned out.

Each of our programmes is a way of rebuilding some of that. Not as a substitute for family or friends, but as a reliable backdrop of company and activity that makes the day feel full rather than long.

Weekly Schedule

Activities run through the week, not just at weekends. Routine matters.

Small Groups

Sessions are kept small so that real conversations happen.

Nothing Compulsory

All activities are optional. Residents choose what suits their mood.

Modular

Start with one programme and add more over time, without disruption.

Companion Circles — mahjong and tea sessions
Programme 01

Companion Circles

Small social groups that meet through the week for tea, card games, mahjong and shared stories. Our hosts hold the room gently — they create the conditions for conversation without directing it. Residents come and go as they like, and many find that the same group becomes a familiar weekly anchor.

  • Regular sessions across the working week
  • Tea, mahjong, card games and open conversation
  • Groups of 6–10 residents for a comfortable dynamic
  • No need to be a full resident to participate

How It Works

1

We discuss which group and time slots would suit you best.

2

You join the session at your own pace — there are no introductions or formalities.

3

Over a few weeks, familiar faces and rhythms begin to form naturally.

Programme 02

Cultural & Recreation Studio

A weekly programme of calligraphy, Cantonese opera listening, gentle music sessions and craft afternoons — run in a light-filled studio where residents choose what suits their mood. There is no performance expectation, no assessment, and no pressure to produce anything. The studio is simply a space to spend time with something absorbing.

  • Calligraphy workshops with materials provided
  • Cantonese opera listening with background and commentary
  • Gentle music sessions — listening and light participation
  • Seasonal craft afternoons throughout the year

How It Works

1

We share the monthly schedule and you choose which sessions appeal to you.

2

Join sessions on an informal basis — the studio is always the same warm, light space.

3

Over time, you may find a few sessions you look forward to each week.

Not Sure Where to Start?

We are glad to help you think it through. A brief conversation is usually all it takes to work out which option makes most sense — no commitment required.
